Challenge

Audit how Individual Medicare plans are assembled, validated, and marketed, then scale a regulated process that previously produced four plans.

My contribution

Worked from domain rules and source material to design an AI-assisted plan factory across Java/Spring services, Python-supported workflows, validation controls, and digital integration points.

Result

Supported expansion of plan-production scope from four to 372 Individual Medicare plans during the 2025 engagement, with source-grounded automation, rule validation, traceability, and human review.
