Challenge
Learn how business-critical financial reporting works across banking, accounting, reconciliation, and operational teams, then remove fragmented manual workflows.
My contribution

Challenge
Audit how Individual Medicare plans are assembled, validated, and marketed, then scale a regulated process that previously produced four plans.
My contribution
Worked from domain rules and source material to design an AI-assisted plan factory across Java/Spring services, Python-supported workflows, validation controls, and digital integration points.
Result
Supported expansion of plan-production scope from four to 372 Individual Medicare plans during the 2025 engagement, with source-grounded automation, rule validation, traceability, and human review.
